I call it <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"130\">The \u20b9500 Protocol<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Protocol<\/b> &#8211; Look at your product. Ask yourself one question: <i data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"62\">&#8220;Would I personally swipe my card right now and pay \u20b9500 ($8) a month for this?&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\r\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If the answer is &#8220;Maybe&#8221;:<\/b> You are failing.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If the answer is &#8220;It has potential&#8221;:<\/b> You are failing.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If the answer is &#8220;Yes, obviously, because it saves me \u20b95000 in time&#8221;:<\/b> You are ready.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The &#8220;Exit Trigger&#8221;<\/b> &#8211; Most products fail not because they lack features, but because they have <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"92\">Exit Triggers<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Lousy UI?<\/i> Exit Trigger.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Slow load time?<\/i> Exit Trigger.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Confusing copy?<\/i> Exit Trigger.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">In the early days, you don&#8217;t need a &#8220;Product Manager.&#8221; You need an <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">Exit Hunter<\/b>. Your job is not to add value.
