Predictable. Food (Salary) is served at 9 AM and 5 PM. The animals (Employees) are bored, fat, and unhappy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Wild:<\/b> Dangerous. Unpredictable. You only eat what you kill. The animals are lean, alert, and alive.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Most founders accidentally build Zoos. They create &#8220;Policies,&#8221; &#8220;Hours,&#8221; and &#8220;HR Departments&#8221; to protect the grazers. Then they wonder why the Lions (High Performers) leave.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Lion&#8217;s Dilemma<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">A &#8220;Power Performer&#8221; (Lion) hates the Zoo.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">They hate &#8220;Face Time&#8221; (Sitting at a desk when the work is done).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">They hate &#8220;Seniority&#8221; (Waiting your turn).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\">They hate &#8220;Politeness&#8221; (Hiding the truth).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">If you put a Lion in a cage, it doesn&#8217;t become a better Lion. It becomes a depressed cat.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Protocol: Rewilding the Corporation<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">To attract the top 1%, you must dismantle the fences.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. Kill the Clock (Output &gt; Input)<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">In the Wild, nobody cares how long you hunted. They only care if you brought back the gazelle.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"14\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Zoo Rule:<\/i> &#8220;Be at your desk from 9 to 5.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Wild Rule:<\/i> &#8220;Here is the goal. Get it done. I don&#8217;t care if you work from Bali at 2 AM.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Kill the Hierarchy (Truth &gt; Rank)<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">In the Wild, the alpha is the one who leads the hunt, not the one with the badge.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"16\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Zoo Rule:<\/i> &#8220;Respect your boss.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Wild Rule:<\/i> &#8220;Respect the mission. If the intern has a better idea than the CEO, the intern wins.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Kill the Safety Net (Equity &gt; Salary)<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">In the Wild, risk is shared.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"18\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Zoo Rule:<\/i> &#8220;Here is your fixed bonus.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,1,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"18,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Wild Rule:<\/i> &#8220;Here is your equity. If we win, you get rich. If we lose, you get nothing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Filter<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">When you build a Wild culture, the grazers will panic and leave. <b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">Let them.<\/b> You are clearing the space for the Lions to enter.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20\"><b data-path-to-node=\"20\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">#DhandheKaFunda:<\/b> <i data-path-to-node=\"20\" data-index-in-node=\"17\">Safety attracts tourists.
