They aren&#8217;t. Your team is constantly running a background process, analyzing your actions to see if you are a <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"165\">Multiplier<\/b> or a <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"181\">Parasite<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Here is how you ensure that no top-tier talent ever stays with you:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Weaponized Excuses:<\/b> When things go wrong, you find a story that absolves you.
