The scoreboard tells you what happened in the <i data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"82\">past<\/i>. A Sovereign ignores the scoreboard and focuses on the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"142\">Leading Indicators<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Winner&#8217;s Protocol<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">A &#8220;Winner&#8221; is not a person who <i data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"53\">has<\/i> won. A &#8220;Winner&#8221; is a person who <i data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"89\">is running the algorithm<\/i> that makes winning inevitable.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. The Identity Lock<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Trait:<\/i> &#8220;When a programmer, programs. Multitasking is the skill of failing at two things simultaneously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Dynamic Subordination<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Trait:<\/i> &#8220;Mostly leads but gracefully follows.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Protocol:<\/i> A true Alpha is not obsessed with being &#8220;In Charge.&#8221; They are obsessed with &#8220;The Mission.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,0,0\">If the Intern has the best idea, the CEO shuts up and follows the Intern.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,1,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Rule:<\/i> Rank doesn&#8217;t matter. The Truth matters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Definition of Victory<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">If you execute the protocol perfectly\u2014you focused, you chose the hard path, you served the mission\u2014you have <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"134\">Won<\/b>. Even if the deal falls through. Even if the market crashes. You controlled the Input. Look at the ball.
