The teacher splits the class into two groups.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Group A (Quality):<\/b> Graded on a single pot. It must be perfect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Group B (Quantity):<\/b> Graded on weight. 50lbs of pots = A.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">At the end of the semester, the best pots didn&#8217;t come from the &#8220;Quality&#8221; group. They came from the &#8220;Quantity&#8221; group. Why? While Group A sat around theorizing about the &#8220;Perfect Pot,&#8221; Group B was throwing clay, making mistakes, and learning. <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"241\">Group B had the Iteration Engine running.<\/b> Group A was stuck in &#8220;Analysis Paralysis.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Trap of &#8220;Preparation&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Most people think they are working when they are &#8220;Planning&#8221; or &#8220;Researching.&#8221; In reality, they are procrastinating. You cannot improve a product that doesn&#8217;t exist. You cannot fix a strategy that hasn&#8217;t been tested.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Protocol: Ship the Ugly Baby<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">To reach the Top 1%, you must embrace the <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"75\">V1.0 Mindset<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. The &#8220;Good Enough&#8221; Launch<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Do not wait until you are &#8220;Ready.&#8221; You will never be ready. Launch when you are embarrassed. If you are not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you launched too late.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. The Feedback Loop (Inspect and Adapt)<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Once you ship, Reality hits you.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">Maybe customers hate the color.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">Maybe the code breaks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\">Maybe nobody cares. This is not &#8220;Failure.&#8221; This is <b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"51\">Data<\/b>. You cannot steer a parked car. You need momentum to get feedback.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. The Pivot<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">Take the data. Fix the flaw. Ship V1.1. Repeat this 100 times. This is how Evolution works. Nature doesn&#8217;t plan; Nature iterates.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Sovereign&#8217;s Edge<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">The amateur waits for the perfect map. The Sovereign starts walking and draws the map as they go.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">#DhandheKaFunda:<\/b> <i data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"17\">Version One is better than Version None.
