To fix this, we don&#8217;t need &#8220;better meetings.&#8221; We need <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"197\">Parallel Processing<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Edward de Bono cracked this code years ago. He called it &#8220;Six Thinking Hats.&#8221; Forget the hats. Think of them as <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"112\">filters<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">You do not wear them all at once. This filter manages the other five.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Why This Works<\/b> In a normal discussion, if I am being creative (Green) and you are being cautious (Black), we are enemies. In this protocol, we are both Green for 5 minutes. Then we are both Black for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">We are not arguing.
