They treat their internal chatter as a high-fidelity broadcast of reality. When they have a thought, they don&#8217;t <i data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"155\">have<\/i> it; they <i data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"169\">are<\/i> it. This leads to rigid decision-making, reactive leadership, and a &#8220;Renter&#8221; mindset where the ego is constantly defending its territory.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The Sovereign Architect knows that <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"35\">an opinion is just a prototype of the truth.<\/b> To lead effectively, you must learn to <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"119\">Catch Your Opinions (CYO)<\/b>\u2014to observe them as external data points rather than internal facts. By decoupling your identity from your views, you move from &#8220;Defending a Position&#8221; to &#8220;Designing a System.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\">The CYO Protocol<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Catching your opinions requires you to split your consciousness. Is it a strategic correction or an ego-driven defense? Reframe it as an opinion before you release it.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. The Netflix Meta-Learning<\/b> Even in entertainment, practice the observer role. As you watch, notice your judgments about the characters or the plot.
