Bridging the gap between privilege and potential
In 2021, Utpal “UV” Vaishnav and Kavita Vaishnav, founders of Upsquare, established Enrise Social Foundation to advance human consciousness.
Societies often operate on fear and rules, limiting potential. Enrise aims to transcend these limits and create a more habitable world by raising human consciousness — providing the resources and knowledge that help individuals build confidence, capabilities, and thrive.
Our programs bridge the gap between privileged and underprivileged communities, aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals to promote sustainable livelihoods, women's health, and education.

The first volunteer
Although I learned this Sloka in my childhood, its essence became clear to me much later in life:
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥ “One has a right to action (Karma), but not to the fruits thereof.”
I realized that if one is driven by the results of their actions, they inadvertently become anti‑life. This understanding became the foundation upon which I built Upsquare:
પ્રયત્ન મનુષ્યના હાથમાં છે, પરિણામ નહીં. “Man has control over effort, not results.”
Enrise, the CSR wing of Upsquare, embodies the spirit of our corporate culture, constantly reminding us of the purpose behind our actions. The wealth produced by Upsquare must be channeled to uplift the lives of the less fortunate, helping them unlock their full potential and live fulfilling lives in a state of flow.
Enrise was established as a distinct entity to extend beyond our group's efforts, inviting volunteers from around the world to join our mission and make the world a more habitable place. Let's raise collective consciousness! ✌🏻

I often hear that I am too compassionate and that my kindness is sometimes taken advantage of. While I appreciate the concern, I embrace my compassionate nature and the consequences that come with it — because it is a fundamental part of who I am.
When my better half, UV, and I founded Upsquare's Foundation — Enrise — I knew it was the perfect outlet for my desire to give back to society.
